After quite a robust day 1 in shows, at New York Fashion Week. A different approach for day 2 was implemented to survive the next 6 longest days of our young lives.
We cruised to down Tribeca and met with friends after Jason Wu show. Exiting that subway was a scene fit for Vogue, as cross fire scrambling photographers were seen getting money shots of super models, fashion bloggers, and celebs. We got a couple candid’s ourselves.
Super Model Karlie Kloss.
Super Model Hanne Gaby Odiele on a Lexus.
Then, we were off to the Nylon blogger retreat at the Gansavoort.
The retreat was on the beautiful open rooftop with a great backdrop of the city. We had lunch, got the best massages provided by Gansavort Staff.
After the Nylon retreat, we met up with good friend Andi Elloway at yummy mexi spot in meat-packing district called Dos Caminos,
Swapped some fun fashion week stories before everyone had to get back to work. The Catcher in the Style team all headed back to Lincoln Center to Catch Daymond John, from ABC’s The Shark’s, new Luggage Launch called Andiamo. We were also excited to see English designer Charlotte Ronson’s presentation.
Daymond John was a sweetheart, super down to earth for having as much success in business. The luggage looks great guys thanks for inviting us to check it out!
Favorite looks from Charlotte Ronson Preview
The line was feminine with cool floral pieces, some polka dots scattered about. The stand out favorites of the line were the textured shorts romper with matching crop jacket and baby blue collared crop jacket was also really cool.
